[Champion Concept] Kercian, the Noxian Standart-bearer [AD-based Support]
Archetype is somewhere between J4 and Draven: medium egoistic, medium lawful. His place is somewhere in front of his adc, buffing him or bruiser, debuffing focused targets, and taunting diving enemies while his ult providing great help in tf if placed right way.

Passive. Motivation. Grants nearby allies up to 12% increasing physical damage, which is divided between them (12% for Kercian if he is alone, 6% for pair, 4% for three allies, 3% for four, and 2.4% for all five near). Also, for each ability currently on cooldown, Kercian gain +2.5% ms. Range: 1400.
Q. Red slash. Kercian strikes down with his halberd, dealing 20/40/60/80/100 physical damage to all enemies in a 475-unit line and applying debuff "Dangerous Wounds". Dangerous wounds dealing 30/40/50/60/70 damage per second until equalent of 100% of Kercian's total attack damage will be dealt by this debuff. In addition, Kercian basic attack against target affected by Dangerous Wounds making wounds to open, applying Grevious Wounds for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds.
Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 sec. Cost: 40 mp. Range: 475.
W. Charge!
Passive: Kercian gains 5/10/15/20/25 bonus attack damage. Active: Target allied champion gains 5/10/15/20/25 + (15% of Kercian's total AD)
Cooldown: 11 sec. Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 mp. Range: 650.
E. Disparagement.
Kercian taunts all enemies within a 450-range cone in front of him and forcing them to attack him for a 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Duration is divided between all affected champions and is max for other enemies. If at least 1 enemy affected, Kercian gains 25/40/55/70/85 bonus armor and magic resist for 5 seconds. This bonus increased for each champion affected: +100% for 1, +150% for 2, +175% for 3, +187.5% for 4, +193.75% for 5.
Cooldown: 26/24/22/20/18 sec. Cost: 70 mp. Range: 450.
R. Noxian Standart.
Kercian throws a Noxian flag to the target location, dealing 150/250/350 (+120% of bonus AD) physical damage to enemies within 275 range. The flag will remain for 10 seconds, with 1000/1700/2700 hp. Flag providing an aura which increases the movement speed of approacing allies and decreases the movement speed of fleeing enemies within 750 range by 15/20/25%.
Cooldown: 120/ 100/ 80 sec. Cost: 100 mp. Range: 650.
