Hello, Im bored so i figured lets try and make a Champion Concept!

Name: Veri

Race: Yordle

Gender: Female

Lore: There are many stories and legends wrought from the famous Bandle city, home of the joyous and energetic Yordle race. Bandle City, known for its revered members Teemo and Tristana, fights for justice and peace, however unbeknownst to the world, there lies a deeper, darker, much less virtuous side of Bandle city ; The Bandle Depths. Constructed at the birth of the city, The Bandle Depths is an intricately designed maze, upon which Bandle city constructed to hold in containment the most twisted individual in the history of Yordles : Veri

Veri began as a yordle like any other, full of hope and dreams and life, and wandered the world searching for an answer to the question she held the most curiousity about: Why are we here? She searched ruins for historical artifacts, spent hours reading scroll after scroll, and eventually found her way into a forest, deep into the Noxian Territory. Wandering cautiously, she came upon a curious encirclet of Moss covered gravestones, etched with the images of each race, with one of the stones depicting both life and death. The energy felt vibrant, yet eery but that did not stop Veri, She desired answers. no, she demanded them. Veri approached the stones, and reached out her hand to touch the stone. Upon touching the stone, a black fog immediately arose, and two chains, crackling with energy, sprung out of the ground, attaching themselves to veri's arms, one burning hot, scorching Veri to the bone, the other Ice cold, Freezing her other arm until she lost all feeling. A dark voice sprung into her mind, bringing unimaginable pain with it. Veri fought against the Voice, and in the process saw the energy's purpose. She had found it, the original 2 links. The links to life and death. One chain to Link life to the world, and the other to link it to death. Upon recieving this knowledge, Veri fell into a deep sleep, only to awaken entombed and imprisoned in the Bandle Depths, forced to participate in the League of Legends on behalf of bandle city, while forever searching to seperate the link between her and her prison.

Passive: Life and Death:

Bound by the Link of Life, Veri Gains bonus HP for each team member that is Alive

Bound by the Link of Death, Veri Gains Bonus AP for each Team member that is Dead

Q- Linked Passion

Fueled by her passion for Life, Veri Throws the Chain of Life, dealing AP damage to all targets in a cone in front of her, Dealing scaling magical damage overtime based on how many team members are alive. Applys a 1 second slow

W- Death Shroud

Veri Wraps her Chain of Death around her, protecting her from damage, granting a Shield based on 20% of her max HP, with an Additional 5% per Dead ally

E- Twin Chains

Veri throws Both chains at a target attaching themselves to the target dealing different things depending on Ally/Enemy

Ally- grants ally bonus HP regen (based on how many team members are alive and upon reactivation pulls them to Veri

Enemy- Grants vision of Attached target and deals AP DOT while attached , while applying a short slow upon reactivation and ending the vision and DOT

R- Past and Present

Passive: Veri gains a 10% attack speed buff for each Ability on CD, passive is only able to be active when Ult is off cooldown

Veri starts spinning the Chains of Life and Death, pulling all surrounding life to her with the Chain of life, and dealing AP damage to enemies with the Chain of death.

So thats Veri! I kinda like engagey off tanky supporty team playerish types :P Please let me know what you think!!

I think it's really creative, but her kit doesn't seem to flow that well together. For instance, the life part of the passive makes a lot of sense since like you said she was a tank support and free stats for them are always nice, but tanks getting free damage for not doing their job correctly (allies be dying) isn't really a smart idea since it promotes a selfish playstyle for a tanky support. The ult is really nice and honesty, it sounds amazing, but there needs to be some way to actually set it up in her kit otherwise, she becomes like galio who needs ms boosts or flash to engage. Plus, the passive on the ult is a little bit out of place on a champ like this. Additionally, other than her ulti, she does not seems to bring much to the table compared to the tanky supports but, if you let her w castable on allies but nerf the shield if casts on allies, it gives her something extra that most engage supports might not have. Lastly, the q seems a little bit weird since she does damage for being passionate about life. So, a better way to show her passion for life might be a targeted link to an ally that allows her to share 50% of the damage they take for a few seconds. For the e, I suggest turning the slow into ms boost instead so u have a little bit more reliability while engaging. All in all, I really liked her kit.
