Add Ban Warning when banning a teammate's selected champ

Looked through the boards really quick and couldn't find this suggestion except for this thread: http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/GD/1MkKtAxP-banning-process-during-ranked-game-queue-highlighted-champions-banned-by-teamates

I know sometimes i'm not paying a lot of attention to selections when I ban if I get distracted and don't recognize that a Teamate want's to play that champ so maybe if there was some audible clue and highlighting of the teamate's champ portrait to cue me into the fact that someone wants to play this champ it would help.

This isn't really high priority but maybe a QoL improvement at some point. I don't see a lot of complaints about champ banning but I know it happens by mistake a lot.
