One dragon to rule them all, One dragon to smite them, one dragon to end the dang game already.

Forget Elemental dragons and their RNG based hullabaloo.

-Dragon should be like baron, but with a kill power oriented buff. The dragon that spawns should do so with as much ferocity as Baron. It should drop a single buff, like the rift herald, that would greatly empower one member of the team who killed it. That member would keep it until they die, and in doing so the dragon would spawn again. This would make the dragon pit HIGHLY contested.

-Stealing dragons would be more important than ever, and if a dragon were stolen, disallowing the enemy team to retrieve their stolen buff, before it despawns, a crucial priority. (It would despawn in a minute or less.)
The dragon buff would help the chosen carry of the team who killed it to close out the game, ace style.

-Baron would still be very important after this buff to both teams.

This whole idea was inspired by the new rift herald who I find marvelous in design. It keeps the objective oriented theme of Baron, but only allows one member to use it, and they must know how to use it correctly. A powerful tool, and allows for strategic thought. (Don't forget the lack of RNG, that's a plus.)

The Rift should remain a place to show one's skill, not get lucky. Introduce RNG to other gamemodes, thank you very much.
