Sultan Gangplank Rework, some issues

The sultan gangplank skin rework has left his shoulders feeling a bit bare, no? His current skin boasts an armored shoulder, thick mane/cuffs and a burly sword wielding decorated arm. In the rework the mane/cuffs are very thin, the armored shoulder looks more like a shiny backpack strap and the armor on his left arm looks more like a rubber glove...

Ive seen on the PBE the changes to Garens' shoulder armor, would enough people agree with me about sultan gangplank that this is something worth quickfixing before launch?
