Okay, hear me out.

Surprise Party Annie.

Tibbers would be a piñata, when he dies he explodes into candy and confetti. When Annie ults instead of saying "Tibbers" she could yell "SURPRISE." Her E could be streamers, her W could be her throwing candy at people, and her Q could be confetti.
