Plica, the Soaring Clover

So I came up with a champ. Plz share your thoughts about her.

Passive: Cloverwatch Every X seconds, Pilca can plant a clover that acts as a stealth ward that lasts X/X/X seconds at levels 6/12/18.

Q: Magic Seeds -Cast to plant a clover seed that sprouts after a delay and dealing damage that scales with AP while snaring an enemy within cast range for X second(s).

W: Field of Clovers -Cast to surround Pilca in a field of clovers that last X second(s) and stealths Pilca while she is inside clovers for X second(s). Enemies inside the clovers take continuous damage that scales with AP while inside the clovers.

E: Gold Rush -Toggle: Pilca hurls coins around her every X second(s) dealing damage that scales with AP and percentage AP based on how much gold she's collected from Gold Rush's passive.

Passive: Minions, monsters, and champions drop coins upon death that Pilca can pick up and add to her Pot of Gold. Pilca can exchange her collected coins for gold from the merchant. 100 coins=50 Gold. Small minions and small jungle monsters sometimes drop 2 coins. Large minions and jungle monsters always drop 4 coins. Epic monsters always drop 20. Enemy champions always drop 10.

R: Clover The Rainbow -Pilca can cast this ability to leap to a target location and unleashs a wave of clovers upon landing in the target location and rooting enemy champions for X second(s) while healing any ally champions that the wave of clovers pass through for X HP that scales with AP. Pilca leaves a rainbow from her initial cast location to her target location that grants ally champions bonus movement speed when underneath the rainbow. The rainbows last X second(s).

She is versatile. She can basically lane anywhere but mostly excels as a jungler. She can support well too. Her Q is a delayed Snare that deals damage. W is a damaging AOE that helps her escape/engage . Paired with Rylai's, it can deal massive damage. Also, it acts like a brush. Her E is homage to her lore. She's like a bird that collects shiny objects. How you use her E's passive is crucial. Either to keep her E's coin stack for extra AP damage or exchange them for gold to buy items that can keep her ahead of the game and strong. Her R is a root and heal. The clovers pulse from her drop location once that extends an area. It will simultaneously root and heal.

I don't know if anything is balanced or not but give me some feedback. :D
