Hi! I'm ThreeHorizon and this is my concept on new summoner ENJOY.

You can't have more than 40% Cooldown reduction.

I don't mean to be too critical, but this would be the ultimate face-roll champion. First off, you can only have 40% cooldown reduction max (on normal, URF being an exception with passive 80% CDR with no items), second, pumping out that much true damage would cause riots (;D) in the community, everyone would instalock them and it would be the second coming of christ every time they clashed on the rift. Not to mention in ranked the champ basically would read "FREE ELO PLS PLAY" and any team to pick first wins. Next, the E bleed effect at level 18 would result in an overall 205 TRUE DAMAGE that cant be stopped by armor or MR. I would suggest if you want a tanky DPS that uses true damage, I'd take an idea of something like maybe "E; Odys releases a blast, burning his oponnent for 50 (+0:.06 HP) Magic Damage and leaving a burn, dealing 2/3/5/10 true damage over 5 seconds, applying Grievous Wounds". And remember, Tanks normally have a very Crowd Control heavy kit, so if you want to edit a stun, snare, slow, etc into his kit that would work well. Again, just suggestions. Good luck on your edits!
