Hextech Bard

Lets not mess around any more. We all know a hextech bard would look amazing. A cool purple plated Bard flying around the map with a army of meeps? Like come on you don't think that would be cool? The AAs would look dope a huge purple wave or something else. No one wants a new Tahm Kench skin. Make the crafting system worth it so we can have the best support with the best skin.
