a real Summoner

Can we have a champion that summons and buff minions? can it have my name?and some nice buffs like the and +armor dmg for minions(reduced buff to champions)?and summon stuff like ,for example, better versions of caster /siege/warrior minions? and passive bonus damage to minions and towers he would be a great specialist with big range to take down turrets and buff,but low hp and high mana pool,like a good commander sending hordes of bloodthirsty critters to siege enemies base
