Why isnt there ways of earning FREE RP literally even 1 rp per win would make me happy

I do a bunch of free phone apps to earn RP funds, but never anything sponsored or encouraged by RIOT.

You do get 400 RP for free after reaching a certain level, but at the end of the day, Riot is a company and they need to make money to keep the game going. If you enjoy the game, support it! Or at least not ask for free handouts.

Next season, they are coming out with the new Hextech Crafting system that will feature a lot of goodies for non-spenders to get access to stuff you could previously only get with RP.

Your phone app thing is making that company enough money to give you a piece. Riot doesn't make any money off you until you buy rp. It's their source of income.
