New Champion Concept " Mother Nature "

This Champion is based of 4 seasons Spring , Summer, Fall, Winter

During Spring normally new babies are born, things develop and grow trees start getting their leaves back and so on .

Summer Things get Really HOT

Fall , Leaves start falling off trees animals start getting ready for the winter, to hibernate

Winter , IT gets really cold, and snows

Passive Ability Every 60 seconds the seasons change- Same order every time

Spring Speed Buff that scales with level 5% , 10% 15 % Summer Damage + ability power Buff 5% 10% 15% ( possible hybrid builds ) Fall Reduce Cooldowns half Winter All your attacks apply a Slow 5% 10% 15%

Q Spirit Dart ( skill Shot ) if it hits your allies , They Gain your passive Buff , if it hits a enemy they take ( AP damage ) W Spirit Guide ( Creates a Deer , a Spirt guide , That Runs in the direction of the nearest enemy ) ( the Guide will fade away the closer it gets to the enemy Youll never see the enemy, But youll know exactly where they are general location .

E - ( somthing strong ) im not creative anymore

R - All your passive abilities become active for the next 15 seconds , 30 seconds, 45 Seconds

i think the passive idea with the season change could be cool

I'm a bit on the fence about uncontrollable time-restricted passives. I guess the fact that it gives just buffs instead of changing the whole kit like some other champ suggestions I've seen do isn't so bad, but still.

Other than that I'm not sure if the existence of Ivern would make another nature spirit champ be more or less viable story-wise unless you can come up with some unique background like Maokai to carve a niche for them.
