Concept Art: **Alignment: **Neutral Behavior: Playful to Neutral Weapon of choice: A huge semi-automatic revolver (look up RE4's Handcannon for reference), also a bunch of different handguns.
Abilities:
_Passive: _Raley's bullets are mixed up in the sac and nobody's got time to pick the right one when in the heat of battle. He has a 7% chance of drawing a different bullet each time he begins the attack:
Hollow Point: Deals 120% magic damage (crits for 250%).
Armor Piercing: Deals 85% true damage (can't crit, crits increase AS by 15% for 2 seconds).
Plinking: Deals 30% physical damage but slows the target by 80% for 1 second (crits for 100%).
Incendiary: Deals 80% physical damage plus magic damage over 4 seconds based on enemy's max health (can't crit, crits create an AOE area around the target that burns the adjacent enemies as well).
Explosive: Deals 150% physical damage and true damage based on 15% of enemy's missing health (only the initial target) in a circle (can't crit, increases range and deals bonus true damage equal to 25% of Raley's attack damage).
The player won't know which type the next shot will be.
Q: Raley shoots the explosive shot in the area that explodes in 2 seconds. If enemies caught in the area where it had landed escape the said area and stay in the explosion's range take 150% damage from the explosion.

W: Raley charges his gun. For every second he charges (6 seconds max) he gets an overload shot that deals bonus damage equal to Raley's bonus attack speed. Raley's attack speed is limited until all the charges have been shot. Maximum charges grant bonus attack speed. Charges disappear after exiting combat.

R: First cast: Raley dashes in a chosen direction, granting him bonus movement speed for 2 seconds.
Second cast: Raley unleashes the barrage of pistols, shooting each one of them in a circle for 1 second. The bullets prioritize enemies with less health. Enemies with their health below a certain threshold are executed.
