Show Talon Some Love By Making Him a Nice High-Quality Skin

Talon is one of my favorite champions in League of Legends. Being a Talon main I wanted to get a skin for him, so I looked through the skins and did not see anything that appealed to me. None of his skins seem that they are.... well... high quality. All of his skins feel the same. What I want is a nice 1350 skin for talon, one that has flow and is, dare I say "cool". I feel like Talon is drifting out of popularity on the rift and a new skin could make him great again. Riot, I beg you to make a Talon skin, so Talon can does not drift away any further.
