Lunar Revel would've been a cool way to introduce Ao Shin imo
Thematically and what not even though there is very little info on him.
Is he still in dev or can we assume that he is scrapped now?

He hasn't been in active development for a long time, due to Riot having issues with implementing new tech for his unique, snake-like body's rig and with connecting his theme/lore with the kit/gameplay. :P They still really wanna make him. But until they have the technology for him, he's not gonna be out.
