TEEMO updates are garbage... rework teemo!!!

is a annoying little shit... thats a great way to descrive him. look his Q is already broken enough but making it auto follow... thats retarted. i feel they should change his Q to a skill shot and when he has his poison shots on i also feel that every shot should cost just a little mana maybe 20 mana per shot?
