[Champion Concept] Helix, The Organic Manipulator
So this is my first attempt to make a champion and I'm missing a few parts of dialogue and I currently have no lore written for him. If anyone could possibly help me write the dialogue and lore I would greatly appreciate and definitely shout out your IGN or any social media. {Overview}

Helix is a tanky AP caster who relies on decaying his enemies stats while boosting his own. He gains sustain in the jungle through the mana restore upon using his Q on neutral camps and the heal in his E. He has great gank potential by first tethering the enemy laner then activating his W for bonus movement speed to stay in range to proc his stun. His unique ultimate allows for Helix’s team to play differently depending on who Helix ults during a fight. By ulting an enemy it allows his team to play aggressively and target the weakened champion, while if he ults an ally it provides good peel for the Mutated ally and may allow them to survive an otherwise deadly situation.
{Abilities}
Passive (Genetic Weaknesses): Helix utilises the natural weaknesses in his enemies D.N.A. when attacking or using abilities ignoring a percent of his enemies resistances. Helix ignores 5%/10%/15%/20% of his enemies Armor and Magic Resistance. Starts at 5% and upgrades when he levels up his ultimate.
Q (Detect Impurity): Helix tethers himself to an enemy champion or neutral monster and analyzes their genes, slowing them while the tether is applied. If the target stays in the radius they are stunned and Helix marks his target, gaining bonus range and damage on his next auto attack.

W (Survival of the Fittest) Helix modifies his genes to strengthen them, he gains Armor and Magic Resistance and movement speed based on the amount of Mutation stacks applied on enemies in the area.

E (Field of Decay): Helix places his hands on the ground and channels in an area in front of him. All enemies in this area are dealt damage over time and slowed. Helix is healed for a percent of ALL damage dealt in this field.

R (Mutate): Helix briefly channels a special shot in his gunblade and fires a global shot that stops on the first champion hit and mutates their genes until they respawn. If an ally is struck they are healed for a percent of their max health,cleansed from all crowd control affecting them and gain stacks of Survival of the Fittest. If an enemy is struck they are briefly rooted, dealt a percent of their max health as magic damage and lose a percent of their Armor, Magic Resistance and Attack Speed until they respawn.

-Height 6’2”
-Build: Well built but not huge. Large enough to pose a threat but small enough to still be clearly human
-Hair style and color: Spiked up hair colored a bright blue to differ from his visor and gun.
-Eye Color: Shifting green tones but not visible due to a large visor covering his eyes and face.
-Weapon: Gunblade
-Attire: Shiny metallic futuristic armor and a large visor covering his eyes that allows him to scan his enemies and detect their DNA. He has some apparatus covering his mouth giving his voice a slight robotic undertone.
-Other: He walks with a slight limp due to an accident that happened while messing with his own DNA.
(Secondary Skins) Revolutionary Helix: His gunblade is replaced by a rifle with a bayonet. Instead of a visor he has steam-punk/old plane goggles that he uses to scan his enemies somehow. His bad leg is a much older design of prosthetic limbs. He essentially looks like a veteran from the revolutionary war.
