Officer Veigar Skin Idea

My idea: Officer Veigar

Basically the idea centers around Veigar taking up the badge and protecting his citizens...as a crossing guard.

He'll have a stop sign as a staff, dressed straight to the nines in a yellow neon vest. His hat will be a transformed into a majestic traffic cone.

As for his skills:

-His stun should be replaced with a giant pedestrian crossing sign projected on the ground with traffic cones at each of the corners

-His Q should be recolored to flash red and blue

-His W (I'm not totally sure on this) should just hit but give the appearance of cracked concrete/asphalt

-His R should be colored red and blue like the q, but also come with a car horn sounds.

Just an idea, thought it'd be a great addition to the game.
