How to get Champ info when never played in ARAM?

In the old interface in ARAM you could click on the Champ you were assigned and read the tips and stuff. Is there a way to do that now? Any hope of adding that back?

We are getting item sets back, just not Riot's priority number 1. They should get to it relatively soon though.
