new skins for raka

This is to those who make the in game skins , you should really consider making a new Soraka skin, maybe an arcanist one or academy, or an arcade skin... this is from an advent raka player who feels upset that she doesnt have enough skins. please take into consideration. PS: if this gets done because me can i have the skin for free? if not thats cool ill pay for it anyway .
