Ghost Town Thresh

My idea is for a Thresh skin. You know the High Noon theme? I was thinking that Thresh could have a cowboy themed skin called Ghost Town Thresh kinda going along with them. First of all, his passive souls would be like a sandy kinda color. His Q and basic attacks would be a lasso, his W would be like an old oil lantern or something, his e would just have new particles (maybe a ghost horse or like dusty wind) and his ultimate would be horse corral fences. For his model I think a cowboy hat and tattered cowboy clothes would be cool. He might have like a bandana over his mouth and have sandy looking eyes. His backing recall animation can be here whips his lasso in the air for a few seconds and grabs like a bird or something of the sky or something and pull out down. As for jokes, dance, taunts, I'm not sure what they could be, so probably default.
