There are skins from Star Wars (Chosen Master Yi), Mortal Kombat (Yellow Jacket Shen, Frozen Shen) and even DC Comics (Super Teemo) themed. So why we cant get Ghost Rider skin? Make one.
Ghost Rider is using chains, can burning/take souls and he is a ghost from hell. What champion can fit that....

Renthaeus5 votesWell Thresh is basically already like that. Give him a chroma where his green gas particles are orange and red and bam. There's your ghost rider.

Variks the Loyal1 votesI was thinking more the leather jacket, spikes, the flaming head, etc.
No chains, but that's honestly all that's missing.
midnight oil242 votesWell the difference is, those skins are inspired by the things, they're homages. This is just a straight up take the character thing you want.
Also super teemo is based on superheroes in general. Saying that he's only based on superman undercuts what the skin is all about. He's just a silly skin based on the older superheroes.
