This champion is based entirely on switching between different dragon mounts with different buffs and ability effects, and is an AP ranged champion. Auto attacks would originate from the dragon's mouths. Note that all ratios, buffs, and buff times would be subject to change and I don't really have an idea as to what would be the most balanced.

Also, I would like suggestions for names of the dragons. With Sting I was thinking "sting sounds like more damage", with Swing I thought that you would "swing a fight by healing from low HP and surprising your opponent", and Ping I had no idea, just went with the "ing" theme.

Passive - Here's my ride: After 10 spells are cast, all abilities now cause you to mount their respective dragons. You cannot re-mount the dragon you are currently riding.

Q - Mount Ping (White colored) Passive: When riding Ping, gain bonus movement speed and attack speed

Active: Your auto attacks activate on-hit effects twice for the next 5 seconds, and grant +5% move speed for 1 second when hit.

W - Mount Sting (Red colored) Passive: When riding Sting, gain bonus magic penetration and ability power

Active: Release an elemental burst of energy from your current dragon's mouth that deals damage with a .8 AP ratio and applies effects depending on what mount you are currently riding. If on Ping: Slow any enemy champion hit with this spell by 40% for 2 seconds If on Sting: Deal an extra 10% of the target's current health as true damage If on Swing: Apply grievous wounds for 4 seconds

E - Mount Swing (Blue/Green, maybe a mix) Passive: When riding Swing, Spells heal for 15% of damage dealt and gain bonus health regeneration

Active: Siphon 25% of the current health of nearby friendly minions in a radius and gain effects depending on the number of minions affected. 1: Heal yourself for the amount taken from the minion 2-3: Gain the heal and also an attack speed boost for 3 seconds of 20% 4+: Gain 20 movement speed and bonus ability power for every minion above four who's health you siphoned. (15 ability power per, lasts 10 seconds)

R - Rampaging! Passive: When lower than 20% health, double passive bonuses from other abilities

Active: Summon whichever dragons you are currently not riding as friendly pets which grant their respective passive bonuses while alive and attack enemies with a .25 AP ratio and half your attack speed.

Note: You can use any of your 4 abilities while riding any dragon, each ability is not tied to riding a certain dragon, only the passives are.
