[Champion Concept] Elias, the Test Subject
An idea I've been theory crafting with some friends in Discord, just thought I'd drop it in here and see what you guys thought!
PASSIVE: Auto attacks leave stacks on a single target, up to three. Each stack of passive increases Elias's movement speed when moving toward the marked target (5%/10%/15%). If Elias auto attacks a new target, the stacks will disappear from the first.
Q: Elias's next auto attack becomes an uppercut, dealing increased damage. If the target has three stacks from Elias's passive, this will knock up and expend the stacks.
W: AoE projectile (if standing at the right side of the first bush on top lane, it can reach the right side of the furthest bush). If the target has fewer than three stacks from Elias's passive, it will apply a single stack. If the target has three stacks, expends stacks and deals increased damage.
E: Quick dash (goes a bit further than Lucian's, for reference). Can travel through walls. If Elias is rooted this will break him free of it, but the dash will be shortened.
R: Hook skill shot. On hit it will relocate the target, placing them an equal distance away from Elias but on the opposite side. If the target had three stacks of passive, the impact will stun them and expend the stacks.
Lore-wise, I took inspiration from the Viktor short story "House on Emberlift Alley." What if the boy, after a few years had passed, did take Viktor up on his offer? With a lack of fear, he may even be willing to undergo further experimentation (such as a weaponized arm, for example). Not sure how well this would mesh with anything which Riot's lore team already has planned for Viktor, but I definitely had fun coming up with the kit.
Edit: Ah, right, and his intended role is as a top laner, possibly jungler. Bruiser.
