Zero, The Chrono Breaker

We need more time related champions, so i had an idea.

Zero, The Chrono Breaker Main Role: Mage Secondary: Marksman

(Passive) Time Lapse: Zero creates a dimensional time zone all across the rift, enemy champions revealed for 3 seconds will have on them "Time Pressure". Additional effects can only be activated to the same enemy every 3 seconds.

(Q) Chronoshift Active: Zero blinks in short distance and he is next basic attack has twice the range, deals magic damage and applies on-hit and spell effects. Time Pressure: The area around enemy hit wil be slowed for 50% for 2.5 seconds 「 Max Stack: 1 / 1 / 2 / 2 / 3 」 「 Recharge Time : 15 / 14s / 12s / 10s / 8s 」 「 Magic Damage: 30 / 40 / 60 / 90 / 120 (+ 70 % AP) 」

(W) Flashback Active: Zero fires a shot in a straight line that pierce anything it goes through until hits a enemy champion and deals magic damage. Time Pressure: Enemy hit will return to their 2 seconds prior of their position. 「 Magic Damage: 50 / 80 / 120 / 165 / 220 (+ 70 % AP) 」 「 Cooldown: 9s / 9s / 8s / 8s / 7s 」

(E) Stop Phase Active: Zero stops the time around him stunning enemy champions and minions. Time Pressure: Enemies stunned by this spell receives true damage base on their maximum health. 「 Magic Damage: 5% / 7.5% / 10% / 12.5% / 15% (+ 2 % AP) 」 「 Cooldown: 14s / 13s / 11s / 10s / 8s 」 「 Stun Duration: 0.45s / 0.60s / 0.8s / 1.05s / 1.5s 」

(R) Blast To The Past Active: Zero rewinds his clock backwards, all enemy champions are returned to their 4s prior of their position. Time Pressure: All enemies after the rewind will be stunned and lose magic resist for 3 seconds 「 Stun Duration: 0.5s / 0.75s / 1.25s 」 「 Magic Resist Reduction: 10mr / 25mr / 50mr 」 「 Cooldown: 360s / 300s / 240s 」
