BEST IDEA EVER. Solution to too many champs and keeping the game interesting.

So we all know that there will be a certain point where they stop making new champs or slow down releasing them. What they could do is add special weops that can be dropped at random when winning matches. Some could be ok, some could be really good/op. I Think it would be cool for only that player that found that weopon to be able to build it in game. Here is the fun part. The item is lootable from enemy team if player dies with it ( or instantly dropped into player who got the kill's "bank") So it would be a risk to use. Im not sure if a player can sell it before dying with it to avoid losing it would be too op. But either way if i explained everything right it sounds pretty dope. So like lets say i won a game and at the end of the match i get congratz message saying here is a mystery box. I open it and get a bad ass weopon for adc/trasuo. This weopon could be totally uinique but based on a tier that everyone comes to learn. Kind of like Ultima Online if anyone catches my drift :))))

Adding an RNG pre game factor into league is a horrendous idea.
