Cowboy Thresh

I know thresh gets a lot of attention it is, but wouldn't a cowboy skin be perfect for him? He lasso's in enemies or teammates and his ult would be a corral. Seems like a good skin concept. You could even give him unique speech patterns like yeehaw!
