Genderswap Skins

I was wondering, since many skins are based around alternate realities/parallel universes where champions are conceptually different than their typical iterations, why not make a line of skins where humanoid champions are gender swapped? I'm sure I'm not the first person to consider this. Champion skins with the opposite gender of their original counterparts is a simple concept with a lot of potential. Specific champions I had in mind were a female Vladimir, a male Soraka, a female Twisted Fate, or a male Katarina, but like I said earlier on, any of the humanoid champions or even yordles are free game.
