A Sun-based theme would be good, but having it be Solaire wouldn't fit. Solaire uses a sword instead of a spear, and the entire personality of Solaire doesn't mesh well with how Panth is.
If you want a dark-souis based skin for Pantheon, I think a Heide Knight set would be good.
