I just made this creation, and thought, why not give it a shot in the dark to see if Riot thinks it's good and/or if they'd want to use it. I hope it sparked some imaginations.
Update: I'm only allowing Riot to use this, not anyone else.
Make it a teemo skin
issues are simple you reserve rights to this item.... yada yada .... point is legal nightmare just creating it and hoping Riot accepts it makes it definately not going to happen
Really looks like a depiction of satan they should definately make it a teemo skin. The pointy arm could actually be the blow-dart gun. Also his main flame on his body kinda looks like a llama.
