Hello i wanna suggest that. Riot Please Make something like Competition for fan made skins and let the players to vote for the best skin who ever wins get award and the skin go Live in the game by your Skin Developers!

I think Riot should have a bigger say there, since they know how hard it is to create them. Kinda like the players vote for X amount of finalists and Riot can decide which to make (or not to make any of them).

I have a feeling many people would try to steal skin concepts from other people on the internet.

I have a cute skin idea for Kennen, but he recently got one.

"Helper Elf Kennen" Like imagine him decorating a tree for a splash...

I imagined him in an elf costume.

His AA are then replaced with Christmas tree stars

His Passive and lightning particle effects are Christmas Lights/ornaments.

When he stuns someone using all 3 of his passives it looks like they get tangled in Christmas lights.

#Alas riot stopped using Christmas theme

Perhaps due to other cultures/religions playing the game. Now it's all snow down and snow day.
