[REWORK IDEA] : Mordekaiser the Iron Raidboss

Hello everyone! Mordekaiser is the most obvious failed rework for two years. The idea behind Mordekaiser has always been kinda unbalanced and impossible to make in the game. The rework tried some new stuff that totally failed. He needs a rework or many adjustments AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I don't mean that he is bad, but I point out that he has unbalanced strengths and an incredible amount of ridiculous weaknesses. So let's dive in and let me show some ideas if you please :

PASSIVE : Iron Man :

  1. Mordekaiser has an empty** shield resource** for 70-300 HP, these HP only take 90% of incoming damage. 2)Mordekaiser abilities afflict the Destruction debuff to enemies for 1.5sec. 3)Mordekaiser's shield resource is fed for** 15% of the damage dealt to debuffed characters**. 4)When Mordekaiser's shield resource is full, overwhelming HP go directly to Mordekaiser.

**Q : Nightfall ** : 5.5/4.5/3.5/2.5/1.5sec Cooldown, 25-60 HP cost 1)Mordekaiser hits a target with its maul, dealing 20-150 true damage (AP and AD ratios, or some new ratio like armor). 2)On hit, deals magic damage to surrounding enemies (AP ratio).

W : Creeping Death : 25.5/24.5/23.5/22.5/21.5 Cooldown, 40-105 HP cost, lasts 10sec 1)Mordekaiser surrounds himself with a storm of metal (melee range zone around it). 2)Allies withing the storm take 15/20/25/30/35% less damage. 3)Enemy champions that enter the storm are blind for 1sec or until they leave it. 4)Each enemy champion that enter the storm make it rage, increasing the damage reduction by 2%.

E : Siphon of Destruction ** : 14.5/13/11.5/10/8.5sec Cooldown, 20-70 HP cost Active : Mordekaiser launches energized metal at a very short range that deals true damage** to the first target hit. Passive 1 : Enemies that suffer Siphon of Destruction's damage get the Soul-Broken debuff for 3sec. Passive 2 : When an enemy with that debuff become Nightfall primary target, deals bonus true damage based off the target's maximum health. Passive 3 : If the bonus damage from the passive kills the target, deals** magic damage** to surroundings enemies (AP ratio).

**R : Apocalypse ** : 54/36/18sec Cooldown, no cost Active : Deals 20/30/40% of the target's maximum health as magic damage within 11sec and heals Mordekaiser for 20% of his health. Passive 1 : Enemy champions and epic monsters that die near Mordekaiser each raise a Child of the Grave. Passive 2 : Children of the Grave are minions (~500 of range, 60% of the dead body's maximum health or 35% of Mordekaiser's maximum health if greater).

TL;DR : My idea is a as-slow-as-today Mordekaiser, way more tanky with no much dmg, but true dmg to be reliable and on top of that more he is in the middle of fights more heals and dmg he does.

Feel free to tell me what you think, I know it's quite ridiculous and absurd. I'm bringing up some new ideas mixed up with old Mordekaiser, and I hope my idea will help the new rework or hasten some adjustments (adjustments as he has less movement speed than VAYNE that still has her passive and ultimate to be faster, a dash and a hard CC, two thirds of Yasuo's base armor who has 150 more HP lvl 18 and as much movement speed as Mordekaiser with boots, and all of Mordekaiser's abilities have a cast time making the slowest character in this game without dash and CC even slower).
