So I was listening to his voice over on youtube and I noticed that he is dedicated to making Shurima the live up to it's former glory. He also looks like an eagle (though I am not sure what type of bird he actually is). So slap the stars and stripes and some red, white, and blue and you have Patriot Azir.

If he's based on Horus, then it'd be a falcon... but this would still be a fun 4th of July skin. :D

I just wonder how that would sell outside of the NA server. It sounds great to us, but people in Australia or Turkey might not feel the same way.
