Overview: Ma'an is an ancient mage that wanders the unwelcoming sands of the shuriman desert. Exiled from ancient shurima, he and his wyrm companion Haya have since scoured the harsh land for any surviving life. The many oases around which life flourishes are the work of the pair, and their constant supply of magic is, perhaps, the only thing keeping the desert from being a barren wasteland. In-game, this translates to a supportive mage that can manipulate health regeneration.

Passive - Life of the Desert Nourishment: Allied units near Haya recieve 10% increased health regeneration. One with the Waters: Ma'an gains 10-64% movement speed when in water, halved when in combat (+3% every level).
This passive is relatively simple. Nourishment's healing provides sustain near the nourishing spirit, whereas One with the waters provides out of combat roaming power and, in conjunction with the rest of his abilities,
Q - Oasis | 40/50/60/70/80 Mana | 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 Second Cooldown | Ground-Targeted AoE | 700 Range | No Cast Time Ma'an sends out Haya summon a small Oasis at the target location. The oasis grows over 1 second. After 1 second, Ma'an erupts the oasis, healing allied units for 80/110/140/170/200(+60% AP) health (Reduced to 2/3 on minions) and damaging enemy units hit for 90/120/150/180/210(+60% AP). Enemy units are slowed by 15/20/25/30/35 - 30/35/40/45/50% when inside the oasis, and by 45/50/55/60/75% for 1 second if hit by the erupting Oasis. Once the oasis erupts, Haya returns to Ma'an. The water created by this ability counts as water for item, rune or ability effects.
This is Ma'an's bred and butter skill. - A low-cooldown decently-damaging ability. It also has a lot of versatility, with the ability to heal allied units. This skill allows you to heal minions for a large push, allies for an impending teamfight, and straight-up damage enemies.
W - Current | 90 Mana | 14/13/12/11/10 Second Cooldown | Vector Casting | 650 Range | 0.125 Second Cast Time Ma'an calls Haya to spew forth a current of water from the target location, dealing 50/70/90/110/130 (+50% AP) magic damage upon cast and 15/30/45/60/75 (+10% AP) magic damage every second they remain in the current. Units within the current are constantly pushed in the direction of cast. Units that are Pushed in a direction will be constantly moved in that direction. If they attempt to move against the current, they will either be pushed back slower or, with enough movement speed, walk in their intended direction, but very slowly. If units attempt to walk in the direction of the current, they will move faster. The Current lasts 4 Seconds.Pushing does not in any was interrupt cast times, channels or a unit's ability to move, attack or cast abilities. Once the current is fully formed, Haya returns to Ma'an. The water created by this ability counts as water for item, rune or ability effects.
This ability is a risky one to use, especially versus as assassin match up such as Talon or Zed. This ability requires careful use, as a bad usage can easily get you and your team killed. The constant push-away can be negated by high-movement speed champions such as Rammus or Hecarim, but this will be rare. Use it if you know you can get a kill on a weakened enemy, but note that it doesn't interrupt cast times or inhibit player actions, and Ma'an himself will be pushed by the current.
E - Desert's Blessing | 60 Mana | 16/14/12/10/8 Second Cooldown | Unit-Targeting | 550 Range | No Cast Time _Ma'an sends Haya to target allied unit, shielding them for 80/100/120/140/160 (+70% AP) for 1.5 seconds and granting them double the effects of Nourishment for 3. Once the healing buff expires, Haya returns to Ma'an. _
This ability is relatively simple - A shield that provides a large amount of health regeneration. The Shield has no cast time, but a relatively short duration. This means it is best used to block an enemy burst and regenerate some health afterwards - a great way to turn fights.
R - Bloom | 100 Mana | 140/110/80 Second Cooldown | Point-Blank AoE | 1000 Radius | 0.5 Second Cast Time Ma'an channels his restorative magic into a massive Oasis around him. Enemies are slowed by 40/60/80% While in the Oasis and all allied units gain triple Nourishment's healing. The Oasis lasts 5/6.5/8 seconds When inside the oasis, Ma'an has his abilities altered slightly: Oasis only takes 0.625 seconds to erupt and has 60% reduced cooldown when inside the Oasis (Doesn't stack with CDR) Current has no cast time and does not send Haya, to the location, and has 35% reduced cooldown when cast within the oasis. Desert's Blessing lasts for 3 seconds, the shield regenerates at the rate of Nourishment's regeneration, and the cooldown is reduced by 50%. Shielding an ally while another ally is currently shielded will stop the shield hp regen but not remove the shield.
This ability is a powerful ultimate that grants Ma'an massive control of the battlefield around him, with his near-instant abilities and empowered spellcasts, Will be useful in both a 1v1 and a teamfight, but is weaker against mobile teams, as they can enter and exit the Oasis as they please, or comps with good disengage/reengage, as it is easy to escape the Oasis then reenter when it expires.
