Champion Idea: The Spectral Knight/Dragon. A support tank that can *CARRY*

The Spectral Dragon - Mostly in human form but has dragon features like Shyvana.
Q - Phantom Force – Releases a torrent of spectral energy forward which gains missile speed as it travels, dealing damage to all enemies’ hit and slows them
W – Ambient Shield Passive: regenerates a shield every X second that shields for % of total maximum health. While shield persist, Spectral Dragon’s auto attacks sends out lashes of unstable energy which causes area of effect damage around target. Active: Cast on ally champion to gain them ambient shield effect. On self-cast Spectral Dragon’s shield is doubled. Loses passive effect on cool down.
E – Tormented Plague First Activation: Spectral Dragon engulfs himself with a dark fog that eats his life dealing % percent of his life per second. Second Activation: After X seconds and max X seconds, Spectral Dragon can reactivate to send out a volley of spectral missiles in every direction to deal damage equal to amount he drained. Not sure if I want to add a slow to this or not
R (ULTI) - Spectral Carriage - Spectral Dragon enters spectral form for X seconds, gaining extreme movement speed that ramps up, unable to attack/cast abilities and takes 100% more damage when activated. An ally champion can mount on to him at X radius. Mounted champion is invulnerable during the ride and cannot cast abilities but gains X attack ranged + additional magic damage (Climbed Champion’s Basic Attack + ADDED DAMAGE). Mounted Champion can dismount by right click on Spectral Dragon or the duration ends or Spectral Dragon dies. Spectral Dragon can recast after X seconds to end Spectral Carriage and dismounting any ally.
NOTES: Q works similar to Yasuo’s wind wall but goes a much further distance and travels much faster W is similar to Kayle’s Righteous Fury with aspects of Malphite’s passive. E is similar to Karthus’s Defile with aspect of Sion’s Soul Furnace and shoots missiles around him like Ashe’s Volley R is without the doubt the main point about the Spectral Dragon. Spectral Dragon becomes a carriage for his ally which enables them to become invulnerable to damage but at the expense of spectral dragon taking all the damage for them. Becoming basically a tank (an actual tank…).
EVERYTHING IS UP FOR CHANGE EXCEPT THE GENERAL IDEA OF THE ULTIMATE. WOULD APPRECIATED GOOD FEEDBACK PLEASE. I KNOW I MAY NOT BE THE BEST AT THIS BUT I REALLY HAD THE IDEA OF BEING A SUPPORT THAT COULD LITERALLY CARRY MY TEAMMATES.
