New rival champion to Yasuo

I was thinking that Riot should add a Yasuo rival who is the man/woman who killed the elder that Yasuo was meant to protect, using the wind technique. I have only thought of one ability so far and that's it so sorry for the lack of detail. The champion's ultimate will be a point and click. The champion will dash to a target dealing physical damage then if a champion is standing near to that target a tornado will appear which knocks the target back and does magic damage this can happen with all 4 champions if they are all standing near the target.
