Luau/Pool Party Karthus Skin Concept

So, a friend of mine and I were messing around one day and we just make random skin concepts out of people's stuff so I messed around and I ended up making a possible Karthus skin concept. So, what I was thinking was giving Karthus something cool and stuff and I know he's heavy metal af but you know, how about making a cooler skin?

So what I was thinking was giving Karthus something really nice and I'm going to go into details a bit right now:

Head: I was hoping for maybe a sort of flower crown or maybe a tiki head with fire coming out of the top of it. Karthus could probably get some long hair as well, possibly black or dark brown, whatever is suited for the guy. Clothing: I was thinking like a vacation shirt, a pair of khaki shorts or maybe a grass skirt and him wearing a lei. Maybe give him some Crocs, sandals, or something along the lines of that. Staff and book: I was hoping to give Karthus a limbo stick for his staff and maybe a tourist guide for his book. Recall animation: His recall could be him limboing or maybe surfing his way back to base? Q animation: His skittles could be little tropical flowers or maybe something along the lines of water? W animation: His wall could be like a set up limbo thing _E animation: _ Could just be a bunch of waves around him and stuff R animation: I guess like little rays of sunshine or some tropical rain when he ults and when Karthus ults he can just scream "COWABUNGAAAAAAA!!"
