Dubstep or DJ Karthus

Anyone else agree that it'd be really cool to have a Dubstep Karthus type skin? Like, his Q is a wub, his W active would be the static techno type music in the background, his e would make the music have a brief slow motion sound, and then an R would be the drop. Like... You press his R and the channel goes "D-d-d-drop the bass" and then smashes that low note along with all the enemy champions.
