Possible Aatrox 2015 skin?

My friend told me there was a new skin that was recently announced that looks along the lines of PROJECT: Yasuo. This got me really excited. Is my favorite top main really getting a new skin, or is it bullcrap he made to prank me?

The pic that i added is my idea of what would be a BADASS skin idea-- Soulreaver Aatrox. NOTE: Credit does not go to me, this was made by VegaColors on Deviantart.

Sorry to be a party pooper but this is not a real skin. This is a concept art by the artist VegaColors. http://vegacolors.deviantart.com/ This is his/her deviant art profile. It actually has some pretty sick art there but you can see this among them.

Guys i know it's not a real skin, i am just saying it would be cool if they added it. I didnt say that was the supposed new skin, i was asking if there WAS a new one coming out this year.

The pic i added is just one that would look awesome in-game.

Looks like this could be used as a "Victorious Aatrox" skin... that would be sick
