New Dual Wielding Champion Concept

Sounds like a mix of Shen, yasuo, and zed. The base stats should be lower than on current champions somewhere, maybe make him really slow in movement speed or maybe give him low base attack speed and attack speed scaling. I think the ult should only affect those that are marked. Would make him a great champ to control the frontline while the rest of your team dives the back line. I can only see this guy, Malph, yas combo with a vi would be broken as hell. But it's a nice high skill cap Playstyle which I like. I like when a champ is going to be trash until you git gud as they say. High reward for dedication to learning a champion.
