Talking Items. Rito pls.

These would be certain Legendary items (e.g. Blade of the Rune King, Essence Reaver, Liandry's Torment, Morellonomicon, Zhonya's Hourglass) that would gain an item lore and be able to 'speak in game'. The explanation behind this would be that many of the most powerful items in the game possess their past owner's souls and consciousnesses within them. For each item, lore would vary. While played in game, they would talk only to the buyer of the item. Each item would say certain unique things, or could even Taunt or Joke (/itemtaunt, /itemjoke). This would be a cool feature to see in game IMO, and while this might seem "extra", I think it would be cool extra lore. Heck, we could even have a champion related to this? Shopkeeper anyone? :P

Anyway, tell me what you think, if I get enough approvers I'll add proposed "Item lore" and "Item taunts/jokes/speech". :D
