Victorious chroma pack

now a days, most of the league of legends' players have the victorious skin and its not special for people who have high ranking , so i was thinking , what if victorious skin had a chroma pack ? gold rank players get the classic victorious skin and platinum , diamond and challenger players get a chroma pack on the classic victorious skin depending on their tire , like if a player was a platinum tire he gets the victorious skin and a one color from the chroma pack , and if he was a diamond player he gets 2 colors and so on.
