Is there going to be an arcade Ekko skin coming in the season of 2019?

Dear Riot, You announced you are bring back arcade skins for the season of 2019 such as: 'Arcade' and 'Starguardian' skin lines. So is Ekko going to be in the arcade skin line up for the season of 2019? You guys said you look at three things when choosing which champions get skins,"How much that champion is played, how well the skin fits the champion, and when was the last time they got a skin. Ekko's last skin wasn't released too long ago (October 25, 2018) except the arcade skin line fits Ekko so well it would be a shame to waste it. He is already in the major skin line 'Project' and these all fit his lore, personality, and champion so well. That is all I was wondering thank you for making such a great game.

I think that ekko should get a badass skin, not a trick or treat skin or a arcade skin maybe something like death reaper ekko or dark star ekko

ekko should get rework skins on his old skins as such, make his academy ekko to battle academy ekko also his VGP his really stiff
