Passive: Embracing Elements

Brutus’s consecutive auto attacks grow to become faster capping out at % attack speed. On the third auto attack Brutus will apply a slow that slows the enemy for 3/6/9/12/15/18/21/24/27/30/33/36/39/42/45/48/51/54% of their movement speed.On the 6th auto attack Brutus will apply grievous wounds and will do %(Missing health) magic damage that lasts over 5 seconds. This can not occur on the same target for 7 seconds.

Q:Ice Of Armor

Brutus unleashes his Ice Markings to giving him a shield that scales with % health and scales with % of the enemy’s max health that lasts 7 seconds.During this duration enemy's attacking Brutus will gain a stack of True Ice that slows them stacking up to 5, at 5 the enemy will be stunned for 1 second. Cooldown:20/18/16/14/12

W:Ring Of Fire

Brutus leaps to an area around him creating a circle of flame around Brutus. Any champion that is hit by Brutus’s leap will be feared for 1 second. Any champion that walks over the fire will have their armor and magic resistance be reduced by 5/10/15/20/25% for a duration of 7 seconds. Cooldown:15/13/11/9/7 Seconds E.Chilling Grasp/Ice Pillar

Brutus creates a hand made out of ice and shoots it in a direction. The first champion hit by this will take 60/80/100/120/140 magic damage scaling with physical damage.Hitting an enemy champion will create a Ice Pillar or at the end of Chilling Grasp it will create an Ice Pillar. This Ice Pillar will last 1 minutes and has a hit point of 3. Clicking on Ice Pillar while pressing W will make Brutus leap to the Ice Pillar comboing Ice Pillar with Ring Of Fire. You make also shatter Ice Pillar with your own auto attacks that will create a cone of ice slowing every enemy champion for 15% and dealing 20/30/60/70/80 true damage scaling with 100% physical damage. Cooldown: 7 seconds

R:A Cleansing Path

Passive:All crowd control effects on Brutus will be reduced by 10/30/50%

The damage Brutus has taken in the last 5 seconds can be converted into a blazing fireball that Brutus will shoot in a path. This Skill will execute any enemy character with 17/19/21% hp or lower or take all the damage Brutus has taken in the last 5 seconds and deal 60/70/80% of that damage in magic damage. Cooldown: 2:30/2:15/2:00 minutes.

Lore: Brutus was raised in a Temple in the Freljord by his master. The Master taught his students of the ways to use Ice magic. Day after Day Brutus would rise to become the best student and possibly the best student in the temple. One day Lissandra and her army would come in attacking the Temple in search for the Eternal Flame. A item the would give the harvester of the Eternal Flame the power to wield Eternal Fire. A fire so strong it can melt anything into ashes. His master was fighting off Lissandra and some of her grunts when he shouted to Brutus “Harvest the Flame and finish this fight!” At that instinct Brutus leaped to the Eternal Flame and harvested its power. Brutus could feel the warmth of the fire. At the moment Brutus’s left hand ignited with fire while his right froze into ice! Brutus leaped at the enemy killing of many grunts before coming to face Lissandra. Lissandra as reactions reacted to her being the only one left of her side and killed Brutus’s master. Brutus now joined the League Of Legends to in search to avenge his master's death by killing Lissandra.

I kinda rushed this Lore.
