A New Champion (Opinionated)

Now it's just something i will try to keep updated and fresh with ideas. I am pretty sure this won't make the same scale as DhaMa or Sigil but i'll do it just to get it out of my head :) Some of it may sound cheesy but thinking how it would work it would be pretty cool and even if any of this will be implemented into any of the next champions then my work is done.

Champion - Terror:The Darkest Shadow Role:Fighter/Assassin Independent

"When Time ends, so will i.." - Terror

Abilities: Passive:"The Weakness Within" - Terror passively charges fear into enemies near him(15 charges each second). When the bar is filled it will discharge, fearing all enemies affected by the full charge for 1.5 seconds. The charging effect wears off after 3 seconds of leaving the passive range.

Q:"Clean Sweep" - Terror lunges through an area damaging enemies in the path and marking them with 2 stacks of "Death Warrant". This ability refreshes if an enemy is killed in the process.

W:"Soul Reap" - Terror throws his sickle, which will follow the cursor in the air and enemies hit are damaged and slowed by 50% of their movement speed. Applies a stack of "Death Warrant" each time it hits an enemy.

E:"Heightened Fear" - Passive:Terror's movement speed is increased by 15% when enemies have more than 50% of "The Weakness Within" charge applied. Active:Cleaves at nearby enemies in a medium radius. Terror can activate this ability during "Clean Sweep" to cleave at his enemies which will also deal bonus damage based on the charge of "The Weakness Within" in his enemies(0.5% more damage for each stack from the passive effect)

R:"Cross Over!" - Passive:"Death Warrant" - Terror can apply up to 20 stacks to deal 50 (+0.5% for each stack of enemy maximum health) as magic damage with basic attacks and abilities. Max 650 damage vs monsters. Active:An attempt to take a life with massive power. This will instantly kill the enemy if they have maximum stacks of "Death Warrant" on them and are below 100& of their health dealing 99% of their maximum health in true damage but will cost Death 99% of his maximum health and he will be slowed by 25% for 2 seconds after casting it lethally. (He cannot use Guardian Angel within 15 seconds of executing an enemy lethally)

"Cross Over" can be prevented by casting protective abilities or casting a shield that will raise the ally's health above 99& of their maximum health. Some examples include Kayle's "Intervention" or Janna's "Eye of The Storm".

(Every time someone dies on either team his Scythe's blade glows white for a brief amount of time.)

Upon picking:"There is a river of Darkness in all of us."

Commands:

Recall:Stands, looking down and fading away as black smoke. Reconstructs in base.

Joke 1:"When i die, do i really die? Or do i just go home? Can i even die? I think my head hurts."

Joke 2:"Don't judge me for what i do. It's perfectly natural. Right?.....um.."

Taunt 1:"You will regret trying to cheat me!"

Taunt 2:"Your hopes died a long time ago!"

Taunt 3:"I will have your soul."

Taunt 4:"Don't look so surprised! I'm a regular visitor around here."

Dance:Terror swirls his sickle around while he floats in air. The sickle swirls all around his body in extreme speeds while he raises his hands in the air.

Attack Movement: -"They smell of courage.." -"Their Guardian Angels can be killed too." -"Their screams will echo in my mind after they've died." -"This is a curse." -"I never asked for this." -"Agony is unnessecary in terms of dying." -"Their time is up." -"Say your goodbyes!"

Special:

Upon buying a Guardian Angel:"Oh the irony."

Upon buying a Thornmail:"They are simply making this more painful."

Upon buying an Infinity Edge:"Infinity? It shouldn't have an Edge."

Upon killing Baron Nashor:"You have no soul to harvest."

Upon killing a Dragon:"Don't be fooled! There are more around here."

Upon taunting Lucian:"If it makes you feel any better, i haven't met her yet!"

Upon taunting Kalista:"I will take it from here!"

Upon taunting Karthus:"You were a waste of my time."

Upon taunting Karthus:"I will snap Undeath's soulless spine for this."

Upon taunting Ekko:"Evading me won't last forever."

Upon taunting Zilean:"You are one for the list."

Upon taunting Thresh:"You are holding them away from me, Warden. Release them from their agony!"

Upon taunting Hecarim:"Since i can't bring anything with me, i'll give your head to Rengar as a trophy from me."

Upon taunting Lee Sin:"I don't want to offend you but i guess you REALLY can't see me coming."

Upon taunting Nocturne:"I had a nightmare once. Then i killed it."

Upon taunting Sion:"Don´t deny what i am, brute."

Upon taunting Kindred:"I will rip you to shreds, vile monsters!"

Upon taunting Kindred:"You are nothing but corpses."

Upon taunting Illaoi:"Your companion isn't really a god. I see it's mortality."

Upon killing Kindred with ultimate:"Abominations!"

Upon taunting Janna:"Your Summoner does not comprehend what you are, Windforce."

Upon joking near Janna:"I think everyone should know my weather pattern. Hint - it's a bit grim."

Upon taunting Draven:"This may be your League, but it's my playground."

Upon joking near Teemo:"I've cleaned up after you for too long."

Upon killing Teemo:"Finally!"

Upon taunting Vel'Koz:"Let me give you a lesson."

Upon taunting Jhin:"Respect what you don't possess!"
