[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Teoepic, The Lone Sage

(All suggestions are welcome, this is my first champion)

Teoepic Otoixeia, The Lone Sage (τέσσερις στοιχείο/Four Elements)

Description: -Gender: Male -Race: Other -Origin: Asteroid impact -Alliance: Good -Class: Mage -Subclass: ADC -Attack Type: Ranged -Energy Source: Mana, maybe something related to his lore

Teoepic is a mage/marksman who can do long range damage with his fractures, but you have to push far enough to place abilities and be strategic in where you place them. He is a high skill champion but is you get him down, you can do large amounts of damage.

Abilities:

Passive: Heated Aura

When you auto attack an enemy they are marked. If the enemy stays in auto attack range then they are burned for 5 damage every second, but if they leave your range then the mark disappears. You can only use your abilities on a fracture.

Q: Surprise From Below- A column of rock comes up from the ground with a slight delay, knocking up all enemies in its radius.

-Type- Circular Skill Shot -Amount- 70/130/190/250/310 -+50% AD/+50% AP -Delay for 1 second/Knock up is 1 second/Stun is 1 second -Range-1500 for casting onto a Fracture/175 for knockup -Cost- 60/70/80/90/100 -Cooldown-14/13/12/11/10

W: Tornadaway- Creates a whirlwind of air that dashes your champion forward, knocking all enemies you hit behind you

-Type- Dash -Range- 1000 for casting onto a Fracture -Cost- 60 -Cooldown- 18/17/16/15/14 -You go in a straight line, and if you hit an enemy they are knocked behind you to where you dashed from

E: Fracture- Every 3 seconds you gain a stack of Fracture (max of 5). You may place a stack within your range, and you may only use abilities on the Fracture -Type- Point and click -Slows enemies for 10% when they walk on Fracture -Range- 1000 for placement, may place ability up to 50 units from center(width is 1 teemo) -Cost- 20 -Cooldown- 3 -Lasts for 30 seconds before disappearing

R: Super Elemental- Teoepic strengthens all of his abilities, increases his range, and replaces its ult with a huge fire wall, also resetting the cooldown of his abilities, but he cannot use them twice for the duration of his ult and he cannot auto attack or use his dash during the ult. He is also rooted in place for the duration of the ult and is slowed briefly after. No mana is used after initiating the ult and you ignore the Fractures, instead casting normally.

-Type- Self Cast -Amount- Doubles all damage -Roots Teoepic in place/Slows 50% for two seconds when ult is done -No mana is used during the ult -Lasts 5 seconds -Range- Doubles ability range -Cost- 100/125/150 -Cooldown- 80/75/70 -Replaces ult with Firewall. Firewall does 150/400/650 (+50% AD)(+50% AP) and is a skillshot. Burns all enemies hit for 5 seconds, dealing 10 damage per second. Firewall is 500 units wide and travels for 1900 units.

Appearance:

-6' 4"ish -Similar shape to a human -Slender but very strong -Rocky body, legs, and head with cracks throughout that have fire coursing through them -Eyes are holes with the same fire but it radiates more like the sun or molten metal -Right arm is a torrent of wind that reaches down to his knees -Left arm is water for ⅔ of the length, last third transitions to ice; just as long as other arm (I am working on a picture but I am very slow to produce good quality art)

Lore:

Early in the Earths history, when not much could survive the violent asteroid impacts and volcanic eruptions, an extraordinary event occurred. A large asteroid hurtled through the atmosphere and collided on the rocky beach of a newly formed ocean. The enormous impact disturbed the natural balance and a creature was born from the intense energy of the blast, a creature now known as Teoepic Otoixeia.

He was weak at first, struggling to survive the cruel early world, but quickly learned. He explored the world throughout his growth with fascination, learning the forces of the world, and learning his true form; the four elements. He watched as the intelligent beings came into existence and dominated the world. He watched as beings from other worlds came and affected the course of history. he interfered only when needed, never based on opinion, only logical thought; at least he used to. 

He decided that he wanted a companion, one to study the world and share knowledge with, so he set off on an adventure to the most remote locations on the planet, the darkest corners, the hidden ones, ones that were dangerous enough to crush a mortal into a million pieces, but he needed special components, elements that were special like his own, born from the creation of a planet. After a many years of exploration he gathered all of the material needed, and brought them to the most sacred place he could think of, his birthplace. When he arrived at the location, he realized that it was deep underwater at the bottom of an abyss where the earth spewed out molten rock. He got to work and created a dome of rock around him to prevent the water from interfering with his task and he sealed off the vents. For 7 days he labored, tediously weaving the elements together to create the perfect companion. In the process of creating the last piece, a creature shattered the rocky dome, and water surged around him destroying the new creation. Teoepic became enraged and hurled all his power at the creature, forcing even fire through the deep water, but in his rage he did not aim only shot in all directions, and when he calmed enough down, he noticed the intruder was gone. He chased after the intruder, hoping to hunt it down and slay it, and as he left his birthplace, an explosion occurred, caving the area in, covering it with rocks, and the lava spout burst through the rock, covering the area again with toxic gas and molten rock. He looked back one more time at his failure and set off. He searched for years before almost giving up, when he heard a person talk of the League, and he realized that the creature may be there, and that he could exact his revenge.

Dialogue:

When Moving- "That beast must be here somewhere" "I can feel it through the earth" "The hunt is coming to an end"

When Attacking- Q- “The earth shall crush your skull.” W- “Swip swap” E- “Thank you for the health” (sarcastically) R(1st use)- “My power is eternal!” R(2nd use)- “Feel the burn of my eternal flame.”

Taunt- “You seem so fragile” gets in stance and motions with hand for enemy to attack Joke- “Shall I apply ice to your burn” Recall- “I will be back, much better equipped”
