Vi is one of my favorite champs in League. This is one of two skins concepts I did based off two events that happens during this year: the Bilgewater event and the PROJECT: ALPHA STRIKE events. This one I did before and during the PROJECT: ALPHA STRIKE event - PROJECT VI. Enjoy.
