Victorious Hecarim OR winged centaur hecarim ?

Until now in season 5 hecarim has been a really superb top laner and has a ban rate over 74% and picked very often in the LCS and like it was at first a ~~meta~~ but it turned out that hes really good on top and now hes like a normal pick with a very high win rate over 54% in master+ division , so i think he really deserves a Victorious skin i know its very early in the season to think about a Victorious but think about it and there is a great idea for it . Make him a white winged centaur with a huge white sword or a white glaive with a human skin colour on the human part of his body with white wings , he really fits the Victorious skin. and make his homeguard run animation or his E flying a bit off the ground and his ulti with a pegasus spectral riders charging forward with him.

Honestly, i love the concept but i don't think he should have the victorious skin.

Hecarim has limited skins to choose from, and almost none that are simultaneously high quality and fit his theme.

Making a victorious spin for him would just further delay this problem for anyone not gold or above.

I like how the previous victorious skins have been mostly on champions with a lot of skin options already (see Morgana, Janna).

Also, hecarim falls in a similar boat to alistar from last season: banned much more than actually played, and not allowed via nerfs to stay as the best pick for a prolonged time. At least the latter seems to be the case, with the pbe having hecarim's second nerf this season already. Riot seems intent on bringing hecarim back to the jungle (which i applaud) and if that's their intention he probably shouldn't get a victorious skin for top Lane...

Love the skin concept though. As a hecarim main since season 4 (I'd say i started making him my main in September, i started s4 April) that skin is exactly what I've been waiting for and why i haven't bought any of his existing skins yet (only reaper really fits his theme, and frankly reaper is a really low quality skin).
