Ultimate skin (World Rammus)

Basicly rammus has a miniature world on his back what "Evolves" when he lvl ups, basicly it should be a history of league of legends universe where at lvl1 you see how lol universe started and the more he lvl ups the more it comes to this era what could give space for cool lore speculations.

The second version is they are in stone age and many trees and the more he lvl ups it goes trough ages, obviusly it should not get in the new era where all are just machines.

Not just that there are citties and stuff, but if possible that you see movements or "mini wars" on rammus back when he is standing still.

Q - When he activates Q he will turn into a planet, and only if he moves the world will spin around and if riot wants that depending on the speed there will be more chaos on the planet

W - When activated the citties will cast magic barriers around their citty, and if that is bad that the atmosphere above the "planet" will act as a shield. You can even make the more he upgrades W the bigger the citties will be.

E - Basicly this should be untutched but you could make that all citties try to insult the enemy that he is tounting.

R - When he ults the animation is something I dont know what to do, but that the citty houses will jump like in some animations you see.

Death - Not sure

Respawn - all plants regrow and citties

And all taunts/jokes/dances should have some interaction with the small world on the back
