Inspired by the One Above All (http://imgur.com/XZZGisj). May his noodley appendage touch us all.

Design: Yeah he would just be a mass of noodles with meatballs for eyes. He would have 3 big noodles for his 3 tentacles.

Passive: Could just be a cheese wheel or a set of three meatballs to indicate someone is marked.

Q: Would shoot off a meatball that splits into the 2 side balls.

W: A line of cheese or pasta sauce... maybe make it bubble before it detonates.

E: Throws a colander that explodes. (Or maybe a pot.)

R: SPAGHETTI SAUCE BEAM!!!!! Yeah, make it literal beam of spaghetti sauce.

Bonus Idea: Pool Party Vel'koz

His tentacles are covered in pool noodles, and he has water effects on all his abilities.

There's no chance in hell I would support this skin, and it's not because of my religious affiliations. It's because spaghetti is my favorite food, and with my interest in Vel'Koz growing, I can't afford to suddenly grow inexplicably hungry every time I play with this skin.

I don't really like it. A ghost or spooky Vel'Koz would be more appealing and befitting for this month.

Q: Spaghetti Sauce that flies off into two directions upon splattering an enemy or reaches the end of its flight path.

W: A rift of simmering water that boils then explodes.

E: A blast of seasoned alfredo sauce that splashes te enemy and stusn them with the aroma and taste.

R: A concentrated beam of three different pasta sauces that creates a heavenly beam of pure deliciousness.

Passive: Yum Meter, once the meter fills, the enemy champion's hunger has been quieted for the time being and their urge to sleep grows.

The two meatball "eyes" and extra two eyes coming out the top seem odd to me. There should at least be some consistency with his facial structure as he has one big eye for his ult and those three extra dots above his eye he juggles. Cool concept otherwise!
